Staff is very helpful and kind and went out of their way to help guests. The welcome drink at check-in was a brilliant welcome after a long flight. Location is really good with plenty of restaurants and shopping opportunities. My room was relatively small but had everything I needed and looked like on the photos. The free minibar is a good add-on. Room service is fast and reasonably priced. Breakfast is on the top floor with a good view over the city. The room is relatively small but I never had to wait for a seat. There's sufficient choice. As a vegan I was still able to eat some of the warm food and bread+jam and fruits.

The staff were very friendly and the complimentary high tea was a nice touch, breakfast was also good with many options and delicious Vietnamese coffee. The location is excellent for tourism, with many YouTube famous food locations close by and sightseeing within walking distance or a very cheap Grab ride away — if you’re out off by the heat of the South. Henry left us a cute note on our last night, Rachel was also very helpful and overall the staff were an absolute delight.

Great room. It was an executive and included high tea and mini bar daily. Very clean and nice soft bed linen. The staff were so friendly and helpful from the reception staff to the doormen and the housekeeping and restaurant staff. The breakfast was great with lots of choices. We were looked after from the moment we arrived until we checked out. A special thank you to Tony on the front door who always had a smile and a chat with us.

The room was just as presented and the staff were absolutely top notch, especially the room cleaning staff (Sara?), housekeeping staff (Olwen and Henry) and the reception staff including Dory, Mew and Jackie?) The door staff were always hard-working. The restaurant was closed one night (disappointing) so we ate at the pool (difficult with splashy loud children) and the restaurant staff's process of belatedly making some tables reserved at breakfast was disappointing. (Just as we moved to sit down we were moved on!) However, overall this was a very good hotel for our very first visit ever to Saigon / HCMC.

I first stayed on the 12th floor and the room was fantastic, big clean great views and comfortable bed. Unfortunately the restaurant is on floor 12a, meaning everyone had to use the lift, get off at the 12th floor and go up a flight of stairs to the restaurant. My room door was right next to the lift, meaning from start of breakfast service at 6am, my room became very noisy with conversations outside my door. Plus when anyone moved a chair or dragged it on the floor in the restaurant, it would echo through my room. A quick conversation with the helpful staff at the front desk, meant I was moved without hesitation to a slightly smaller room on the 5th floor, which was great and so much quieter. The free afternoon tea was a great addition too.

Very comfortable beds and spacious room. Loved having Netflix and Youtube on TV! Kind gesture by the hotel to throw in beer, water, and soft drinks, replenished every morning, at no additional charge. Being Vietnamese, we really enjoyed the Asian soup noodles at breakfast. Location of hotel is ideal for all the places of interest, so I definitely recommend Harmony Saigon if you are looking for a reasonably priced, comfortable, and convenient base.

The hotel is located quite close to many of the main attractions. Plentiful buffet breakfast with both western and Asian choices. Beds are super comfortable. Rooms are very clean. We did have an issue with our door lock but, once reported was fixed very quickly. Spa serves were great! We won two complimentary massages at the New Year Eve Gala dinner. (Which was amazing) so we were very lucky.

Massage was great; room was very spacious with a good shower. Breakfast was good and came with a fantastic city view. Staff were so welcoming :)
